I was super excited for my last interview for Maldives though i got quite numb to interviews. Jiamin, Joyce, Kim, Vera and Me went down for the interview at 2pm.

We waited in a room for our turns. I was lucky no. 1 =) I was brought to see the Director of HR, Ms Wong. She has a very motherly look.

Good Mother = Good HR

Overall, the interview was quite tough. Some of the questions asked needed some deep thoughts. Somehow or rather, I felt that the HR questions were very well-planned and Ms Wong asked for the very detail. She was also penning down some of my response.

Nearing to the end of the interview, we began talking about diving. I was shock to know that Ms Wong is a frequent diver too! She then started to share about her experience both in Maldives and Redang. She mentioned that the diving sites at Maldives ain't as nice as it was back then due to poor coral preservation. After which, she started telling me what items i should bring there. E.g. medicated oil, sun-tan lotion etc... haha she so motherly! =D

We were told that we will know the outcome earliest by mon, 13th Sept. Overall, i thought the interview went fairly well. And the HR department in Regent Hotel is professional and fantastic. thumbs up! =)
